One of the hallmarks of the summer blockbuster film season is the merchandise that goes along with it. Disney films are known for developing a whole line of products for its films, and one of their biggest of the year is Disney•Pixar’s Monsters University, coming to theaters June 21, 2013. Adventures by Daddy was asked to test out KIDdesigns Monsters University Scary Hairy headphones, and I had the perfect person for the job – my 12 year old daughter Evie. She spends hours at the computer with her earbuds, and jumped at the chance to try out the Sulley themed headset. So continue reading to get a kid-perspective on KIDdesigns’ Monsters University Scary Hairy headphones.
Review by Evie Parfitt
Recently, I received a pair of Monsters University Scary Hairy headphones in the mail, and they’re really nice. The earpiece is covered in fur, which is really comfortable, and keeps one’s ears warm. The audio quality is great, and a feature they included is reduced volume so little kids don’t hurt their ears. The only down side to these headphones is that they’re a little small on me, but that’s just because I’m a little older than the intended audience. Overall, I really liked the product, and I’m happy I had the chance to review it.
Editor’s note: KIDdesign’s Monsters University Scary Hairy headphones are on sale now at national retail and online outlets and cost ~$19.95. In addition to the Sulley themed version, there is a Mike Wazowski themed “Head of the Class” pair of headphones too.
