Saw Gerrera returns to STAR WARS REBELS on Monday, October 23 with “In the Name of the Rebellion: Parts One and Two” airing back-to-back for a one-hour block at 9pm ET/PT on Disney XD and the DisneyNow App.  [Note the 9pm only time and that new episodes will air throughout the week.]


As members of the Rebel Alliance, Ezra and the Ghost crew must accept a mission to spy on an Imperial outpost they’d rather destroy. After being separated from Hera and Kanan, Ezra and Sabine join the desperate quest of Saw Gerrera (voiced by Forest Whitaker) to hunt down the Empire’s elusive secret super weapon.

STAR WARS REBELS returns for its fourth and FINAL season beginning Monday, October 16 with five airings of the one-hour episode “Heroes of Mandalore: Parts One and Two” throughout the day (12:30am, 3:00am, 7:30am, 5:30pm and 9pm EDT/PDT) on Disney XD and the DisneyNow App.


In this premiere episode, Sabine leads Ezra, Kanan and an army of her fellow Mandalorians back to her home world to rescue her father from the clutches of the Empire. When she discovers the Empire has resurrected a devastating weapon, she must decide whether to destroy it or use it herself.

Before season four begins, binge-watch seasons one through three of “Star Wars Rebels” available now on the DisneyNow App.

Update September 2, 2017

The fourth and FINAL season of STAR WARS REBELS will premiere on Monday, October 16 (12:30 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. EDT), on Disney XD and the Disney XD App. The one-hour episode marks the beginning of the most important mission yet for the Ghost crew as the series draws closer to its grand finale.

In this final season, the Ghost crew joins the growing Rebel Alliance, struggling to unite against the Galactic Empire. However, when a new Imperial threat arises on Lothal, Ezra leads the crew back to his home world to defeat the oppressive forces of the Empire under the command of cunning Grand Admiral Thrawn. Old friends are reunited and new alliances are forged as the series builds to its epic conclusion.

There was speculation/concern among fans there would be no STAR WARS REBELS Season Four and Season Three would be the final run for this band of rebels. Fears were put to rest as Disney announced STAR WARS REBELS Season Four would be back in Fall 2017.  We’ll have to wait until Star Wars Celebration Orlando for more details about what’s in store for STAR WARS REBELS Season Four, but that won’t stop us from speculating in the meantime.  Who do you want to see?  What do you hope will happen?  Share your thoughts and let’s see how close we get.  New episodes of STAR WARS REBELS are shown on Saturdays at 8:30pm on Disney XD.

Production is underway on the fourth season of the acclaimed animated series “Star Wars Rebels” from Lucasfilm. The fourth season is scheduled to premiere on Disney XD later this year continuing the thrilling and inspiring galactic adventures of the Ghost crew.

“Star Wars Rebels” is created by Dave Filoni (“Star Wars: The Clone Wars”), Simon Kinberg (“X-Men: Days of Future Past”) and Carrie Beck. The Lucasfilm Animation production is executive produced by Filoni and Kinberg.

The Season Three voice cast includes Freddie Prinze Jr. as Kanan, Vanessa Marshall as Hera, Steve Blum as Zeb, Tiya Sircar as Sabine, Taylor Gray as Ezra, Dee Bradley Baker as Captain Rex, David Oyelowo as Agent Kallus, Forest Whitaker as Saw Gerrera, Sam Witwer as Maul, Tom Baker as Bendu and Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn.

In 2016, “Star Wars Rebels” was Disney XD’s #1 series in Total Viewers and its #1 animated series across key kid and boy demographics, and generated more than 60 million consumer engagements across digital platforms.
